Cancellation & Refund Policy
Client Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a [5]% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure: [75]% refund
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
Agency Cancellations:
- In the unlikely event that we must cancel a trip, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Changes & Modifications:
Client-Initiated Changes: Requests to modify bookings (e.g., dates, destinations) must be made in writing. While we strive to accommodate changes, they are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Agency-Initiated Changes: If unforeseen circumstances require us to alter your itinerary, we will notify you promptly and offer suitable alternatives or a refund if necessary
Travel Insurance :
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events.
Passports & Visas :
Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports and obtain necessary visas for their travel destinations. We are not liable for any issues arising from incomplete travel documentation.
Health & Safety :
Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
Vaccinations: Clients should consult with healthcare providers regarding necessary vaccinations or health precautions for their destinations.
Liability :
While we coordinate with reputable service providers, Gravitrip is not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
